Sack Drop Backgrounds

165 Students, Reminder:
As you draw your background in Flash or by hand you need to show the sack leaping/jumping/falling from a viewpoint that demonstrates two point perspective. See earlier post for project details.

Homework Drawing

165 Students:

In your sketchbook, full page, using 

your Blue Red pencil, use your favorite black pen 

to outline, a drawing of yourself as if you were an 

Anime character. Make sure to be specific about the

version or period you are drawing in. Bring it to 

class on Thursday.








On Thursday I will cover perspective for the 165 students and go into detail about the Bible project for the 166 students. Great job on ACME tonight everyone.

Tonight is our first ACME Night

165 Students:
Tonight is our first ACME Broadcast. Here are a couple of things you need to know.
1. This is live.
2. They can hear everything.
3. Good Manners are appreciated.
4. When asked questions, speak up in full sentences

During the Broadcast I would like you to work on two things:
1. A character for the Sack Project. you design the look draw at least 12 variations of your character on one page in your sketchbook.
2. Once you have chosen a design from the 12 variations, follow the steps below.


For examples of the sack project, google it or look on ACME they 
have lots of examples.

Homework Drawing

165 Students:

In your sketchbook, full page, using your

Blue Red pencil, use your favorite black pen 

to outline, a drawing of yourself as if you were a 

UPA Style character.

Tips*

1. Draw the head at both a 3/4 and a profile at the 

same time.

2. Keep the legs and arms rounded.

3. The feet are generally to small for the body or 

extremely long and narrow.

On Thursday I will explain the contents of the Story Bible that you will be building for this project.
